This is a very limited release of a NOC deck designed by House of Playing Cards for Magic8 Company out of China for their 15th Year Anniversary. These cards are printed in the United States by USPCC. They were printed exclusively for a convention in China and the only other way to get them would have been to attend their convention. Once they are gone, they're gone forever. Enjoy this NEW color!
