RETURNS
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
The customer has the right to physically return the goods within 10 days of receipt (right of withdrawal), provided that the products are intact as received and so it can be sold again. Originally sealed packs, such as decks of playing cards, are not allowed as returnable if they are returned open. Explanations and instructions for magic tricks are obviously an essential part of the added value of every single item sold. For this reason, therefore, as a logical consequence, returns are not allowed after having obtained the relative “secrets” of the games’ tricks.
The shipping costs for the returned goods for the right to withdrawal are charged to the buyer as per current legislation. Defective products must be reported to Customer Service within 10 days from the delivery date. In this case shipping costs are the responsibility of the seller.
The items ordered by reservaztion (availability declared on the product page for 7-10 days) can be returned within the terms and times allowed here displayed directly to the original manufacturer, according to the methods and addresses that we will communicate in case of specific requests return.
The decks of open cards whose protection and / or seal is removed can not be returned. The trick decks specially crafted by the magical manufacturers can not be returned, being bunches subject to particular wear as well as containing educational material related to explanations of tricks and games of prestige and relative peculiarities. The boxes of cards received damaged due to evident transport trauma can obviously be returned and then replaced, provided that they maintain the sealing and the relative cellophane intact proving that the damage was in transport and not for use. If the client, despite the evidence of transport damage, proceeds to open the decks of cards, agrees to keep the articles in any case, regardless of the status of the relative boxes and their contents.
It is also reiterated that for obvious reasons DVDs, articles with video and / or textual explanations and books, are not returnable because they can be copied and they are educational material in relation to explanations of “secrets” of magic tricks.
Exceptions are obviously provided only for replacement in the event of a defect in the eventual combined gimmick.
Returns How do I return an item?
To request a return online by writing to the address customerservice@collectionplayingcards.com specifying the order number (which you will find in the order confirmation email), an address for collection and the details of the items you want to return.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
If the product has arrived defective, you have 10 days to notify us by mail to customerservice@collectionplayingcards.com. The return of a product must be made by certified mail and in all cases the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
Orders are shipped from Spain. Charges for customs duties outside the European Union will be paid, if required, by the buyer.
Orders are prepared from Monday to Friday until 2:00 p.m. For example, an order placed on the weekend will be processed and shipped the next business day.
The shipping times are from when the package leaves our warehouse and appears once your purchase is made
Any shipping charges incurred due to exchange for store credit are the responsibility of the customer.
The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. This includes any orders returned due to non-claim, incorrect address, undeliverable address, etc. COLLECTIONPLAYINGCARDS is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods. We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while ensuring your items are delivered in the most efficient and reliable way possible — we appreciate your understanding.
CAN WE CANCEL ORDERS?
Although this is unlikely, we will occasionally cancel orders due to shortage of materials or suspicion of fraud. We will contact you immediately with an explanation, should order cancellation be necessary.

HAVE YOU RECEIVED A WRONG ITEM?
While we try our best to pack every order correctly, mistakes can happen. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please email us at CUSTOMERSERVICE@COLLECTIONPLAYINGCARDS.COM and provide us with an image of the item received and your order number. DO NOT open any items that you believe are incorrect. An opened item, even if incorrectly mailed/received, may be rejected for exchange
RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM?
While we try our best to pack every order sufficiently to handle transit, in some cases, damage will occur to items in your shipment due to various reasons. We apologize for this inconvenience and ask that you let us know as soon as possible of the damage. Any damage claims made on an order must be submitted via email to CUSTOMERSERVICE@COLLECTIONPLAYINGCARDS.COM within 7 days of receiving the package. Please include your order number and pictures of the damaged items and packaging.

DERECHO DE DESISTIMIENTO
El cliente tiene derecho a devolver físicamente la mercancía en un plazo de 10 días desde su recepción (derecho de desistimiento), siempre que los productos se encuentren con el embalaje en buen estado tal y como se recibieron y, por lo tanto, en condiciones de poder volver a venderlos. Los paquetes sellados originalmente, como las barajas de naipes, no se admiten como idóneos para su devolución si se devuelven abiertos. Las explicaciones y las instrucciones para los trucos de magia son obviamente una parte esencial del valor añadido de todos los artículos vendidos, por este motivo, como consecuencia lógica, no se admite su devolución después de conocer los “secretos” relativos a los trucos de los juegos. De acuerdo con la legislación vigente, los gastos de envío de los productos devueltos haciendo uso del derecho de desistimiento corren a cargo del comprador. Los productos defectuosos deberán indicarse al servicio de atención al cliente en un plazo de 10 días a partir de la fecha de entrega, en este caso, los gastos de envío correrán a cargo del vendedor.
No se pueden devolver las barajas de naipes abiertas y con la protección y/o el sello retirados. No pueden devolverse las barajas trucadas fabricadas específicamente por parte de fabricantes de artículos de magia, ya que se someten a un desgaste especial y contienen material didáctico con explicaciones sobre los trucos y los juegos de magia y sus correspondientes peculiaridades. Obviamente, los estuches de las barajas de cartas recibidos con daños ocasionados por golpes evidentes durante el transporte pueden devolverse, siempre que mantengan el precinto y el correspondiente celofán intacto, como prueba de que el daño se ha producido durante el transporte y no por su uso. Si el cliente, a pesar de la evidencia del daño provocado por el transporte, procede a abrir las barajas de cartas, es consciente de que acepta quedarse de todas formas con los artículos, independientemente del estado de sus estuches y su contenido.
Se reitera también que, por motivos obvios, no se pueden devolver los DVD, los artículos con explicaciones mediante vídeos y/o textos y los libros, ya que se trata de un material que puede copiarse y con contenido didáctico relativo a las explicaciones de “secretos” de trucos de magia. Obviamente, solo están previstas excepciones para la sustitución en caso de defecto de un posible truco combinado.
¿Cómo devuelvo un artículo?
Para solicitar una devolución online escribiendo a la dirección customerservice@collectionplayingcards.com especificando el número del pedido (que encontrarás en el mail de confirmación del pedido), una dirección para la recogida y los detalles de los artículos que quieres devolver.
¿Tengo que pagar algo por mi devolución?
Si el producto te hubiese llegado defectuoso tienes 14 días para notificárnoslo.por mail a customerservice@collectionplayingcards.com. por La devolución de un producto se deberá realizar por correo certificado y en todos los casos los gastos de envío correrán a cargo del cliente.

PEDIDOS Y ENVÍOS
Los pedidos se envían desde España. Los cargos por tasas aduaneras de fuera de la Unión europea serán abonados, si se requiere , por el comprador.
Los pedidos se preparan de lunes a viernes hasta las 14h. Por ejemplo, un pedido realizado el fin de semana será tramitado y enviado el siguiente día laborable.
Los tiempos de envío son a partir de que el paquete sale de nuestro almacén y aparece una vez hecha su compra
